4. 99% of what I do is free
I am relentless in providing quality no-cost resources for nonprofits. It’s sponsor-free and funded solely by me. Don’t hold it against me for marketing my paid programs, which allow me to feed my family, give back and continue to give you the vast majority of my work, free of charge.
5. I sell things
I’m proud of the services I sell. I give you everything that I have learned over 25 years in the nonprofit industry. My goal is to provide high-quality affordable services that blow you away. I don’t make money selling other people’s services. You have my word: any affiliated endorsements are always and clearly disclosed.

7. What I bring to the table
My name is Sabrina Walker Hernandez. I am a certified consultant, coach, facilitator, and bestselling author that helps small nonprofit Staff & Board build relationships that convert into more donations. With over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and leadership. I provide consulting, coaching, training & Facilitation, and planning services helping organizations in the areas of fundraising, board development, & marketing. I have a reputation for transformational leadership through staffing and mission alignment, fundraising, expanding programming, and community partnerships.
Prior to starting Supporting World Hope, I served as the Chief Executive Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of Edinburg RGV. Among my successes is increasing operation revenue from $750K to $2.5M, completing a $12M comprehensive capital campaign, establishing a $500K endowment, and 180 days in cash reserves in the 3rd poorest county in the United States. In addition to my CEO experience, I also held the position of Vice President of Operations and started in direct program services.
I have facilitated numerous workshops with hundreds of nonprofit professionals. I am certified in Nonprofit Management by Harvard Business School. I am an active community leader and volunteer in Edinburg, Texas where I am based.
